INTRODUCTION

Project management employees have the knowledge and practical skills necessary to manage project teams and to manage programs and project portfolios at the organizational board level. A graduate of the Project management program looks critically, presents original proposals for actions and assesses their effectiveness and fairness. Practices rigorous analytical and critical skills. Works in professions related to ensuring project effectiveness and IT systems supporting the application of instruments. He is driven by a desire to be creative and is able to transform initiatives into economic or social reality, organize these activities and find the resources necessary to consolidate them. Project management is primarily science based on the management of enterprises as well as non-profit organizations and administrative units. Project management is the preparation for work of the modern scope of project management as well as skills in the field of preparation, effectiveness assessment, implementation and monitoring of projects in the practice of organizations operating for profit and non-profit. Preparation for work in project management is implementation using modern strategic tools and operational project management instruments. We rely on courses in project management, psychology in business, E-business, finance and risk management in projects to provide the most qualitative and current knowledge that will be useful in the labor market. Teachers conducting classes are mostly people working in company boards, research, development and training offices, thanks to which they pass on very practical knowledge of IT or industrial project management.

You will learn about the application of the instruments, as well as learn interdisciplinary competences that allow You to use the acquired knowledge in project management.
